Doctor David Sadler, left and Doctor Leah Abraham, center both from the United States prepare to work on a Tu'utujil man who is suffering from a large cancerous growth on his face at his home in Santiago. The man is to poor to afford any real health care so the two doctors volunteered to try and help the man with what ever they  could. Tu'utujil like many other Indians groups in Guatemala suffer from extreme poverty and are forced to make a living any way they can Feb. 2005. The Tz'utujil Indians and their village are best known for the occupation by the Guatemalan military in the 1980's civil war. The government set up a base in the city do to the fact that the city was used heavily by the ORPA guerrillas.  photo by darren hauck.................................
